Bodine dc motor speed control

The control provides simple and reliable speed control for low-voltage PMDC gearmotors and motors. Dip switches to easily calibrate control for different motor sizes. Line voltage compensation minimizes speed drift.

They are ideal for portable or remote applications . This manual contains the basic information needed to install and operate.

The WPM filtered control provides high torque and lower operating temperatures.

It features pulse width modulation (PWM) circuitry for pre- cise speed control.

DIP switches allow the control to be easily calibrat- ed for different size motors. Basic DC motor speed controls accomplish the conversion of AC power to DC with varying degrees of DC voltage “purity. Controls are available with either ¼” . Back EMF feedback maintains better than speed regulation. Two diagnostic LEDs indicate when power is . NEMA enclosure for environmental . WE ALSO ALLOW LOCAL PICK UP AT OUR FACILITY.

DO NOT FORGET ABOUT ANY OTHER CHARGES WHICH ARE CHARGED BY THE CARRIER. A Series Permanent Magnet DC Motor. Drives 90V and 180V SCR rated and 130V PWM rated permanent magnet DC motors made by other manufacturers. Filtered DC output for cooler motor operation, longer brush life, lower audible noise, and wider speed range. Drives 90V SCR duty and 130V PWM duty permanent magnet DC motors made by other manufacturers.

AC inverter-duty options with our 30R motor are also available for OEM designs. To view our stock selection of planetary PMDC gearmotors, click here. The PMDC stock models are rated IP-66.

Dynamic braking for quicker stops.
